Ümmü Seleme -radıyallâhu anhâ- vâlidemize:
“–Ey mü’minlerin annesi! Resûlullâh -sallâllâhu aleyhi ve sellem- senin yanında bulunduğu zamanlarda en çok hangi duâyı okurdu?” diye sorulmuştu. O, şu karşılığı verdi:
“–Çoğu zaman:

«Ey kalbleri hâlden hâle çeviren Allâh’ım! Benim kalbimi dînin üzere sâbit kıl!» diye duâ ederdi.” (Tirmizî, Deavât, 89/3522; Ahmed, IV, 182, VI, 91)
